Our Values

Transformation Ozarks, in partnership with the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, completed extensive research in our communities to identify the strengths and opportunities for growth in relation to the current state of leadership values. The Transformation Ozarks Cabinet reviewed the research and was able to identify these key values for our area.
